Delo Group consolidates IT assets at DeloTech

DeloTech (internal IT partner of Delo Group) acquired IT company ROLIS, a leading Russian developer of digital solutions for freight logistics and specialized software for container and multipurpose terminals from Global Ports (also part of Delo Group).

The deal is part of Delo Group’s plan to consolidate its IT assets. ROLIS will be the basis for the consolidation of expertise in the digitalization of container terminals. The ROLIS team within DeloTech will continue to support the operation of all existing IT services and create new products for the information technology architecture of Global Ports and other clients.

The inclusion of ROLIS in DeloTech will simplify the corporate structure, optimize costs for the development and maintenance of information systems, and help build a unified IT management system and service architecture. Delo Group intends to create a leading national player in terms of digitalization of technological processes in logistics.

Commenting on the deal, Director of Information Technology of Delo Group, DeloTech Director General Boris Sopelnik noted: “ROLIS has developed a range of digital services and applications for Delo Group and other companies in the industry that optimize the process of ordering and registering the transportation, trace the container, automate the process of forming documents.
