Global Ports increased reefer yard capacity of the terminal in Primorsky Krai by one and a half times

Far East terminal of Global Ports (part of Delo Group) has increased the capacity of its reefer container yard by 200 units. Taking into account the new capacity, the terminal can simultaneously store 544 forty-foot containers with working refrigeration units.

In order to increase the reefer yard capacity at the terminal, new multi-level racks were built, additional storage cells were equipped, power supply cables were installed, and power receiving and distribution equipment was provided.

Reefer containers are used for transportation and storage of cargoes requiring special conditions: temperature and humidity. They are used for transportation of food products, in particular fruits and vegetables, chemical reagents, medicines. < Back to list
