Kirill Komarov Appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Management Company; Dmitry Pankov Named Director General

Kirill Komarov, First Deputy Director General of Rosatom State Corporation, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Management Company LLC, the parent company of Delo Group. Dmitry Pankov has been appointed Director General of the company.

“The first management appointments have been made. Dmitry Pankov, who previously spent more than ten years with the company in senior management positions, has been appointed Director General. Since 2024, Dmitry has worked at FESCO, where he was responsible for the integration of new assets. His task now is to ensure the fullest possible integration of the entire Group into Rosatom’s structure in the short term,” said Alexey Likhachev, Director General of Rosatom State Corporation.

Dmitry Pankov headed Delo Management Company LLC from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Governance at the management company. Since 2024, he has worked at FESCO Transportation Group as Deputy Director General, overseeing its port division. < Back to list
