Global Ports, Russia’s leading operator of marine container terminals, with the technological support of DeloTech (both members of the Delo Group of Companies) opened the possibility for employees to switch to electronic HR document management (EHRDM). It makes it easier for employees to sign most HR documents, makes their accounting and storage more reliable, and speeds up data exchange between the employee, employer and government agencies. Documents are transmitted through secure communication channels and access to them by unauthorized persons is excluded. In addition, electronic document management reduces the cost of paper, stationery and courier services. The 1C SD system was chosen as the infrastructure platform for EHRDM operation. It supports integration with systems and services, which facilitates the transition to EHRDM and provides seamless work with other accounting systems of the company, such as 1C ERP and 1C ZUP. Employees sign HR documents using an electronic digital signature, which is created on the basis of “Goskluch” application.
EHRDM has been consistently implemented at six Russian terminals of Global Ports and in the management company since October 2023. During this time, about 50% of employees, or over 1,500 people, have digitized their HR documents.
Employees who have switched to EHRDM can sign almost all types of HR documents, including those related to vacations, sick leave, transfers to new positions, business trips, from their smartphones. Signing of documents is a few clicks away and takes less than a minute. < Back to list
