The Delo Group held its fourth annual internship for students from Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) at its facilities in Moscow and St. Petersburg as part of the BFSU–Delo International Internship Center project. During the training period from mid‑July to the end of August, eight students got acquainted with the activities of the Group’s key business areas and the organization of logistics processes. In Moscow, the program included a visit to the service and operations center, the Kuntsevo‑2 container terminals and MANP, as well as a car repair plant. In St. Petersburg, the interns visited the Petrolesport and First Container Terminal and also completed an internship in the procurement department, where they carried out analytical work in the field of foreign economic activity and studied the regulatory framework in the area of customs clearance. The professional program was supplemented with cultural and educational events. The CSKA handball club, which is supported by the Group’s companies, held a masterclass for students with elements of an open training session.
The internship is aimed at developing students’ skills in the practical use of the Russian language, mastering industry‑specific terminology, and gaining an in‑depth understanding of Russia’s transport and logistics sector.
The BFSU–Delo Foreign Internship Center was created under a 2023 agreement signed in Beijing by Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of Delo Group’s Board of Directors, and Jia Dezhong, President of BFSU. Each year, BFSU recommends students for internships, and Delo Group provides full support, including accommodation and meals in Russia. The project is aimed at forming a talent pool from among the best students and improving the practical training of future industry specialists in the context of the active development of cooperation between Russia and China. < Back to list
