Delo Group Wins First Place in the “Family and Career” Category of the International “Leaders for Women – 2025” Competition

Delo Group was named among the winners of the international “Leaders for Women – 2025” competition, taking first place in the “Family and Career: A Space for Balance” category for its corporate programme aimed at increasing birth rates and supporting motherhood and childhood.

Vera Smirnova, Director for ECG and National Development Goals at Delo Group, received the award from Olga Batalina, First Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

The competition is aimed at promoting and scaling up best corporate practices that help expand women’s participation in the economy and support families, health, and professional longevity. In 2025, more than 200 applications were submitted from Russia and eight other countries.

The competition was organized by the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum under the Federation Council in accordance with the National Action Strategy for Women through 2030. Since 2025, its co-organizers and partners have included the Institute for Demographic Development, HSE University, and the D. I. Mendeleev Institute for Demographic Policy. < Back to list
