The new agreement builds on earlier arrangements reached between Delo Group and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, under which the parties agreed to jointly develop transport and logistics infrastructure and support social initiatives in the region.
The agreement signed at SPIEF establishes a framework for preparing long-term infrastructure solutions that are expected to be in demand in the coming years. Key areas of cooperation include assessing the technical, economic, and financial parameters of future initiatives, providing information and advisory support, and updating regional regulations to ensure the effective implementation of projects.
“Novosibirsk Region is a strategic hub at the intersection of the country’s key transport routes. We see significant opportunities for the development of logistics infrastructure in the region and expect our cooperation to become an important element in strengthening Siberia’s transport network, benefiting the economy of the entire macro-region,” said Andrey Sokolov.
“Today, Novosibirsk Region is no longer just a transit territory, but a fully-fledged logistics hub with substantial growth potential. We see strong demand from businesses for modern infrastructure, which makes this agreement a strategically important step. This partnership will help transform the region’s logistics environment, making it more efficient for cargo owners. For its part, the Development Corporation of the Novosibirsk Region will provide comprehensive support to ensure that the joint plans of Delo Group and the regional government are implemented as quickly as possible,” commented Olga Molchanova. < Back to list
