The Delo Group and Vietnamese railway operator RATRACO signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026. The document was signed by Valery Martynov, Deputy General Director for International Operations at Delo Group, and Nguyen Hoang Thanh, Deputy General Director of RATRACO.The agreement lays the foundation for systematic cooperation in railway and multimodal logistics across Russia, Vietnam, and third countries. The parties intend to jointly develop logistics infrastructure, including terminals and freight stations, and to optimize end-to-end routes within Eurasian transport corridors. Under the agreement, Delo Group and RATRACO will facilitate access to terminal infrastructure on Russian and Vietnamese railways and jointly develop transport and logistics infrastructure projects.
“The partnership with RATRACO presents new opportunities for expanding overland routes between Russia and Southeast Asia. Combining the Group’s expertise with that of the transport division of Vietnam Railways will enable us to create efficient, seamless services for our exporters and importers.
