The Delo Group and OTLK ERA, an international container transportation operator, signed a memorandum of integration and cooperation on the sidelines of the International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026. The document was signed by Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group, and Alexey Grom, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of OTLK ERA.The agreement is aimed at developing cooperation in container transportation and strengthening the competitiveness of international transport corridors passing through Russian territory. The parties agreed to build a structured partnership in response to growing global challenges affecting the stability of the transport industry. The companies will regularly exchange information on current and prospective logistics projects, transport routes, and cargo volumes, and will hold consultations to coordinate pricing for container services, taking into account industry indices.
“Joining forces with OTLK ERA will be an important step toward creating a more efficient and balanced logistics system. Implementing these agreements will help strengthen the position of Russian market participants and support the development of sustainable transport links between EAEU countries and international partners,” said Sergey Shishkarev.
“The signing of this cooperation agreement is a strategic milestone—a statement of intent. The challenges we face require not only flexibility but also foresight. The transport industry has always served as a fundamental model for integration, acting as the ‘circulatory system’ of the global economy, connecting producers and consumers, regions and continents. In a period of high uncertainty, when established logistics chains are under significant pressure, we see a window of opportunity—a time to combine efforts and shift from competition between corridors to cooperation. This will enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of rail transport and Eurasian transit on the global stage. Such synergy will enable us to create more reliable, efficient, and predictable services that meet the demands of the future,” said Alexey Grom. < Back to list
