Delo Group Announces Management Team Changes

The Delo Group has announced changes within the team of its management company. Leonid Shlyakhturov has joined the Group and will be responsible for establishing centralized commercial and logistics functions. On March 30, 2026, Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors, introduced him to the Group’s senior management.
Shlyakhturov has been appointed Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group. In the near future, in accordance with corporate procedures, he will be nominated for consideration by the Board of Directors for the position of Deputy General Director of Delo Management Company, the Group’s parent company.

“Leonid Vitalievich brings extensive management experience and deep industry and international expertise. His appointment is intended to strengthen the team and ensure the implementation of initiatives and projects aimed at improving business efficiency and enhancing asset synergy within the Delo Group,” Sergey Shishkarev said.

Leonid Shlyakhturov has extensive experience within the FESCO transport group, where he progressed from a stevedore at the Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port to Managing Director of overseas companies. Over the past four years, he has served as Executive Director of FIT LLC. He also has experience working at the South Korean company UNICO Logistics. Shlyakhturov graduated from Admiral G. I. Nevelskoy State Maritime University with a degree in Maritime Transport Management and holds an MBA from a leading university in the Republic of Korea.
