The first family of a Delo Group employee has received a seven-seat vehicle under the company’s corporate demographic program — an initiative that, starting January 1, 2026, will be available to employees with four or more children.
The fourth child was born at the end of October to the family of an electrician at the Group’s container terminal in Novorossiysk. The older children lead active lives: the two daughters practice acrobatics, while the son is involved in gymnastics and football. The new vehicle will allow the large family to travel to sports activities and take more frequent trips together with convenience.
The decision to expand the program to include the provision of vehicles was made by Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, as part of the company’s ongoing support for families with children. Adding a car to the demographic program reflects the practical needs of large families.
“Our role as a socially responsible business is to create conditions in which employees can confidently build their future. Providing a spacious vehicle for large families is part of our systematic support — a practical solution that makes everyday travel easier and more accessible. We see such measures not just as one-time assistance, but rather as an investment in our employees’ confidence in tomorrow and in their employer,” Sergey Shishkarev said.
The Group’s initiatives are aligned with the priorities of national family policy. Last week, a list of directives was approved following a meeting of the Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy under the President of the Russian Federation, held in October 2025. Among other measures, the Russian government was instructed to develop additional support for the birth of a fourth child and to launch the “Gosuslugi. Family” service.
The Delo Group’s corporate demographic program has been in place since 2022 and covers 11,000 employees. In 2024, Sergey Shishkarev presented the program to Vladimir Putin, and in 2025, the founder of Delo Group joined the Presidential Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy. The program provides progressive payments for the birth of children, including 1 million rubles for a third child, reimbursement of kindergarten expenses, and summer camp vouchers. Beginning in 2026, families will receive a vehicle upon the birth of their fourth child. < Back to list
