Petrolesport (PLP), a multifunctional marine terminal within the Global Ports group (part of Delo Group), has successfully integrated its general cargo documentation workflow into Conterra, Global Ports’ unified digital ecosystem. This integration automates and standardizes document processing for cargo transshipment, aligning PLP’s operations with group-wide best practices. With this upgrade, PLP’s customers now have full remote access to Global Ports’ centralized client portal. Through the portal, they can efficiently issue permits and prepare all necessary documentation for the acceptance, unloading, and handling of diverse general cargoes. This includes oversized and heavy-lift project cargo, Ro-Ro shipments, and ferrous metals. The digitized process significantly streamlines operations and reduces document turnaround times.
The implementation and customization of the Conterra system for Petrolesport’s non-containerized cargo operations were led by DeloTech, the in-house IT integrator of Delo Group. DeloTech specializes in designing and deploying advanced digital solutions for the logistics and container shipping industries.
Petrolesport is one of Russia’s largest multipurpose terminals, handling a wide range of cargo beyond containers, including Ro-Ro, bulk, and specialized project shipments. In the first ten months of 2025 alone, the terminal processed 2.8 million tons of non-containerized cargo. < Back to list
