On June 16, 2022, a cooperation agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum between Delo Management Company (MC Delo - the headquarters of the Group), and the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Foreign Trade Analytical Center” (FTAC under the Ministry of Industry and Trade). The signatories were Dmitry Pankov, the CEO of MC Delo, and Konstantin Kim, Director of FTAC.
The agreement defines the key areas, forms, and conditions of cooperation between the companies. As a result of such cooperation, the parties expect to achieve a synergistic effect in the implementation of joint projects to solve logistical problems in a field of Russian foreign trade activities.
The parties agreed to cooperate in the development of new logistics chains and the implementation of logistics decisions for each project. The parties also decided to exchange information and expert opinions to help Russian companies to expand their access to foreign markets. As a result of this agreement, exports will be developed and import activities will be optimized in conditions of sanctions. As a result of this cooperation, exports development and import activities will be optimized in the period of sanctions.
Commenting on the signing of the agreement, Dmitry Pankov stressed: “The quality of analytical support of any business project is the most important part of its success. And in the current economic environment, thorough and laborious analytical work comes to the forefront. Our colleagues from the Foreign Trade Analytical Center have all the necessary competencies and experience to solve the tasks stated in the agreement. There is no doubt, that their calculations will become the basis of many logistics projects of our assets.
It is worth to mention that the successful experience of our cooperation will be used by all Russian private and state structures in their activities. As a result, the entire Russian economy will benefit from this”.
Konstantin Kim whereas noted: “The aim of the establishment was to help Russian companies to expand their access to foreign markets and increase their competitiveness in a domestic market. It is not a secret that today many companies all over the world have serious difficulties with logistics, and Russian companies are far from being an exception. And this is the main reason why we made an agreement with the Delo Group, which has exceptional competence in transportation aspects.
I am sure that our cooperation will help Russian exporters and importers in the near future to update new logistics routes and provide for their uninterrupted operation”.

The autonomous non-profit organization "Information and Analytical Center for Foreign Trade Activities" (FTAC under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia) was established by order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 04, 2014 No. 136-r in order to ensure the development of Russian industry and support for exports.
