The methodology of ranking includes assessment of key ESG-factors: environment, social policy and governance. Each of them is divided into numerous indicators, which a company should comply with. There are 160 companies in the ranking. TransContainer joined the ranking in autumn 2021 and initially was ranked 53rd.
“During one and a half year all the required sustainable growth policies has been formulated at TransContainer, different measures are being taken for their realization. In June 2022 the first corporate baby boom, motherhood and childhood support program designed by the Delo Group has been launched. Later the program was distributed to all assets of the Group. TransContainer has introduced ESG-risks to the corporate risk management system and took willing obligations to reduce greenhouse emissions. By implementing data system ‘Intelligent container terminal’ at Kleshchikha terminal energy consumption has been reduced. This is only a small part of projects, which are being realized in the company for sustainable growth”, said Olga Tokar, Sustainability Director of the Delo Group.
TransContainer pays great attention to “green” logistics, company’s results in this sphere are reputed even on an international level.
