Disclosure of the content of the mandatory offer of OOO "Delo-Center» on the acquisition of PJSC "TransContainer" shares

OOO “Delo-Center”, part of Delo Group, disclosed the content of the mandatory offer to purchase all ordinary registered uncertified shares of PJSC “TransContainer” with the state registration number of issue 1-01-55194-E (hereinafter referred to as the “the Shares”).

The number of the Shares in the offer is 6947387. The purchase price of one Share is 8679 rubles 52 kopecks.

The deadline for accepting the offer is 70 days starting the reception date of the mandatory offer by PJSC “TransContainer”.
