It provides for progressive benefits and their sharp increase with the birth of the third child, in particular, a payment of 1 million rubles. The package of measures also includes payments at the birth of the first and second child, financial assistance to parents who leave work before the end of childcare leave, reimbursement of kindergarten expenses, and vouchers to children's health camps. The Company regularly organises cultural, entertainment and career guidance events for employees' children.
Since 2022, more than two thousand employees of Delo Group have benefited from the programme, 58 families have received one million roubles each upon the birth of three or more children. The average length of service of employees with many children is almost 10 years. No one has left the company during the period of the programme.
