Ruscon launched direct container service Jinan-Vorsino

In September 2021, the multimodal transport operator Ruscon, a part of Delo Group, successfully launched a direct train container service on the Jinan (China) - Vorsino (Kaluga Region) route passing through Mongolia and organized the first transportation through it. Delivery of 50 containers with consumer goods along the new route took a total of 25 days. At the moment, its schedule provides for the dispatch of one train per month, but in the future, it is planned to increase the number of dispatches.

“We pay special attention to the development and expansion of the geography of train services from China, trying to cover all the key transport hubs of this country. In particular, a few days ago, a container train was sent for the first time from the coastal Yantai to Vorsino through the Zabaikalsk station, earlier - from Jiaozhou, the China-SCO regional cooperation zone, to Moscow. Now the time has come for Jinan, where the highways from Beijing and Qingdao intersect, and rail routes connect it with many large and medium-sized cities in China”, - said First Vice President of Ruscon Andrey Chernyshev.
