Ruscon increased the shipment of container trains by 1.5 times in 2021
The multimodal logistics operator Ruscon, part of the Delo Group, increased the dispatch of container trains from Novorossiysk by more than 1.5 times in 2021 compared to 2020, 201 and 130 trains respectively.
This result was achieved thanks to several factors: the earlier modernization of the Ruscon terminal in Novorossiysk, the expansion of the geography of cargo delivery and the development of the transportation segment of domestic from Novorossiysk. In total, in 2021 Ruscon carried out around 1,000 container train dispatches across the country.
Commenting on the results, Andrey Chernyshev, the First Vice-President of Ruscon, noted: «Transportation by regular container trains is one of the most demanded services for our customers today. We are confidently moving towards the implementation of Ruscon's priority task - their further progressive increase. To achieve this task, we are going to increase the speed and frequency of such trains dispatch, to test new services on the market and to the further expand the geography oftransportation.
