Ruscon together with VSK to automate cargo insurance processes
Multimodal transport operator Ruscon (a part of Delo Group) and VSK Insurance House have signed an agreement to jointly develop individual insurance programs, loss adjustment projects and automation of processes related to conclusion and support of cargo insurance contracts, as well as to promote the services in the market.
The cooperation agreement was signed by Sergey Berezkin, Head of Ruscon and Alexander Tarnovsky, VSK Insurance House Director General during the 27th International Exhibition of Transport and Logistics Services, Warehouse Equipment and Technologies TransRussia.
Within the framework of this partnership, the companies will set up a mutual exchange of developments in automation of processes related to execution and support of Ruscon cargo insurance contracts. Loss settlement will be done jointly. Besides, the partners will promote insurance services by offering individual conditions and protection programs.
Also, the cooperation will provide Ruscon’s customers and personnel with the state-of-the-art insurance services, consultations and information support in insurance field, improving the quality and speed of customer service, and will help to increase customer loyalty.
Commenting on the agreement, Head of Ruscon Sergey Berezkin said: "Ruscon strives to provide its customers with technological services of the highest level; that is why we are carefully watching for new products that make transportation, its ordering and processing more convenient.
