In March 2022, NUTEP container terminal, part of DeloPorts, the stevedoring asset of Delo Group (Group), handled 50 container trains. The dispatch of such number of container trains made it possible to increase the absolute record previously set in January this year by two trains. Cargo was delivered on routes with an extensive geography - from the south-western part of Russia to the Far East.
RUSCON and TransContainer (assets of the Group) acted as key shippers. And a partnership with a number of other companies allowed to achieve this goal in March and break a record.
Commenting on the event, the CEO of NUTEP container terminal, Director Yury Matvienko said, “New realities demanded new solutions. By optimizing the processes of paperwork for transportation, interaction with customs authorities and the availability of internal reserves, we managed to increase container dispatches.
We are especially pleased that RUSCON and TransContainer were among the main shipper partners of NUTEP and our cooperation provides unparalleled synergy for the entire Group.
