It is officially allowed to conduct border, customs and other types of control at the new deep-water berth No. 40A of KSK, which is a part of DeloPorts, a stevedore asset of Delo Group,from July 14, 2021. . This procedure, in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, will remain in effect until the official entry into force of the normative act of the Ministry of Transport of Russia on the opening of a sea checkpoint across the state border of the Russian Federation in the seaport of Novorossiysk within the territory of KSK, determined by the Interdepartmental Commission held on July 6, 2021.
The ceremony of commissioning the deep-water berth No. 40A, built as part of the major investment project "Reconstruction of KSK Grain Terminal", is scheduled for July 20, 2021.
«From that moment on, all legal issues related to the organization of these types of control at the berth have been resolved, it has actually been put into operation. It remains for us to work out the interaction with the regulatory authorities in the port and the procedure for accepting commissions for the implementation of all types of control. Everything will be done before the first vessel is received for loading at berth No. 40A», - said Alexander Trukhanovich, Chief Executive Officer of KSK Grain Terminal.
