The meeting was timed to coincide with Father's Day, which is celebrated in Russia on the third Sunday of October. It was attended by six large families of employees from St. Petersburg, Novorossiysk, Vladikavkaz and Kholmsk, for whom a cultural and educational program was organized in the capital during the week.
During the meeting, Sergey Shishkarev discussed with the employees the progress of the demographic program to increase the birth rate, support motherhood and childhood, spoke about other social projects of Delo Group, including football and handball, and presented gifts and souvenirs.
"Creating comfortable working conditions for employees with many children is one of the most important priorities of Delo Group. I consider our demographic program to be my responsibility. It is gratifying that it finds a positive response from the team and more and more families use the support measures developed for them," said Sergey Shishkarev.
The corporate demographic program was launched on Sergey Shishkarev's initiative and has been available to all 11 thousand employees of Delo Group since 2023. It provides for progressive benefits and their drastic increase with the birth of a third child, in particular, a payment of RUB 1 million. The range of support measures also includes additional payments during maternity leave, additional payments for sick leave during pregnancy and early return from maternity leave, compensation for kindergarten and children's camps, expansion of the voluntary health insurance program for employees, flexible working hours and others. Since the launch of the program, about 2,000 employees have already used its various tools, and 30 families have received RUB 1 million each. The Group companies have introduced the position of a social manager to organize work with personnel in terms of informing them about the system of available corporate and state benefits. < Back to list
