The calculator provides highly accurate calculations and incorporates a variety of factors, from the degree of electrification of specific routes to emissions from terminal activities. Its mathematical formulas are based on the recommendations of the Global Logistics Emissions Council (GLEC), the foremost authority on greenhouse gas emission regulations for the transport and logistics industries.
