Delo Group and Beijing Foreign Studies University to create internship center

Delo Group and Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) have agreed to create a training center for Chinese students on the basis of the Group. The corresponding five-year agreement was signed in Beijing by Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group, and Jia Dezhong, Chairman of BFSU.

Within the "BFSU-Delo Foreign Internship Center" project the parties plan to create the conditions for internships and student employment, as well as to develop training and research areas and to prepare qualified personnel for the transport industry.

In accordance with the curriculum, BFSU will annually recommend students for internships in Delo Group companies. In turn, the Group will provide students with full support: stipends, accommodation and meals in Russia, appoint mentors for internships and guidance in the learning process, as well as supervisors to assist with organizational issues. Students who successfully complete the internship will receive a certificate and a written evaluation.

Commenting on the signing of the agreement, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group Sergey Shishkarev said: "It is symbolic that the university was founded exactly on the basis of the Russian language department, and today we, for our part, are ready to assist further professional development of Chinese specialists. We expect that the internship center will become the basis for expanding Russian-Chinese cooperation in training qualified personnel, primarily for transport and logistics. This, in turn, is in the Group's interest in forming a talent pool and strengthening the labor potential of companies as interaction between our countries actively develops." < Back to list
