The main share, 24,500 cars, were unstuffed at Global Ports' marine terminals Petrolesport and First Container Terminal (PLP and FCT respectively, both located in the Big Port of St. Petersburg). Another 2,500 vehicles were handled at Yanino Logistics Park, Global Ports’ inland terminal near St. Petersburg.
St. Petersburg terminals of Global Ports have many years of experience and are well-equipped for handling traditional High and Heavy Ro-Ro cargoes, as well as cars shipped in containers. The infrastructure of the terminals allows the cars to be unstuffed from containers directly at the port and further shipped to dealers.
Car deliveries through Global Ports' terminals in St. Petersburg have resumed in April 2023 after a year-long pause following the exit of several international container and ro-ro operators from the Russian market. < Back to list
