The new program will enable students to closer learn the real conditions and onsite specifics of the business they aspire to become a part of and professionally grow in.
Yakov Fedorenko, HR Director of Global Ports, comments:

In 2022-2023, 23 graduates of Makarov University joined Global Ports. We are always excited to welcome new talented employees, and with the help of the program, many young professionals will have a chance to prove themselves and become part of the Global Ports team”.
Senior students of Makarov university annually undergo internships at Global Ports' terminals, and graduates and employees of the company regularly conduct career guidance sessions and seminars for students.
