The agreement is aimed at establishing a system of social support for large families and participants in the special military operation who are planning to live in a new settlement currently being developed in the Lipetsk Region by the regional government in partnership with Delo Group.
The project envisions the construction of a 50-home community equipped with all necessary infrastructure to ensure a high quality of life for large families and SMO participants. The housing will be available under a social rental scheme, with the option to purchase at a discounted price if certain conditions are met.
“We’re building more than just a housing development — we’re creating a full-fledged environment where large families can live, work, and thrive,” said Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group. “This family-focused initiative in the Lipetsk Region is a step toward strengthening family values and enhancing quality of life in Russia’s regions”.
“Supporting families with many children and participants in the special military operation is one of our key social policy priorities in the Lipetsk Region,” said Governor Igor Artamonov. “Among the many support measures, creating comfortable living conditions and a nurturing environment for children is paramount. To make this possible, we’re leveraging every available tool — from federal aid to private investment”.
“This agreement is a vital step in building a unique support model for families with children”, added Ivan Efimov, Executive Director of the D.I. Mendeleev Institute for Demographic Policy. “Our primary goal is to foster conditions in which people feel secure and confident about their future.” < Back to list
