Sustainability is a priority area for Delo Group. The publication of the ESG report was an important stage in the consistent work to implement best practices in this area.
The report summarizes the results of the Group as a whole and by assets in the areas of sustainable development in 2022: environment, social projects, and corporate governance. In 2022, the Group acquired I-REC certificates to offset its own carbon footprint, including indirect greenhouse gas emissions, and continued to actively fund charitable events and social programs for employees. In June 2022, at the initiative of Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group, a demographic program to increase the birth rate and support motherhood and childhood was launched at PJSC TransContainer (part of Delo Group), which was subsequently extended to all assets of the Group. In addition, Delo Group implements the best corporate governance practices: the share of women in the Board of Directors of Delo Management Company is at 17%, and in the Group's management positions at 42%.
"The publication of the first consolidated ESG report of Delo Group was the logical outcome of meticulous work in terms of implementing the Sustainability Policy. The reports of Delo Group companies formed the basis of a comprehensive document that gives a full picture of measures to reduce environmental impact, maintain comfortable and safe working conditions, as well as strengthen corporate governance principles," said Elena Svirina, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Delo Group. < Back to list
