The parties intend to develop international sea cargo transportation through the ports of the Far East and the Arctic, as well as to increase competitiveness and volumes of domestic and international transportation through the land infrastructure of the Far East, including land border crossings. The cooperation will increase the investment attractiveness of existing and newly created preferential territories in the Far East and the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, as well as projects implemented in the field of transportation and logistics. In addition, the parties intend to increase the efficiency of maritime and land transportation infrastructure and maritime logistics.
"We expect that the agreement between Delo Group and the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic will allow to continue to increase transportation volumes and contribute to the realization of the economic and transit potential of the Far East and Arctic regions of Russia, as well as allow to increase the efficiency of logistics in these territories," said Dmitry Pankov.
