The authors focused on reducing various types of losses: time, labour, energy, as well as increasing efficiency in the port equipment operation and strengthening labour and environmental protection measures.
A total of 625 employees from the Baltic and Far East terminals took part in preparing the proposals. The author of each idea accepted for implementation received a fixed cash bonus. At the same time, the initiators of proposals with proven financial benefits will receive additional remuneration in the amount of 5% of the annual economic effect.
Each of the three thousand employees of Global Ports can put forward proposals for operational and amenity improvements at the terminals. This gives employees an additional opportunity to influence the processes and operational results of the holding company. < Back to list
