Ruscon and Oktet Service Partner to Enhance China-to-Russia Freight Transport

Ruscon LLC (part of Delo Group) and Oktet Service LLC, a Russian company specializing in cross-border rail transportation and cargo handling, have signed an agreement to collaborate on developing transportation solutions for shipments from China to Russia. The agreement was formalized at the TransRussia International Exhibition on March 18 by Andrey Chernyshev, First Vice President of Ruscon LLC, and Alexander Titov, Executive Director of Oktet Service LLC.

The partnership aims to increase cargo volumes through the Amur Corridor via the Blagoveshchensk-Heihe crossing, streamlining logistics for customers. Both companies plan to offer tailored solutions for direct exporters, covering freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and road transport operations at the border. The collaboration will also leverage the Kanikurgan customs and logistics terminal, a key part of the Amur Corridor transport infrastructure.

“This agreement presents an opportunity to elevate logistics between Russia and China, providing customers with faster, more efficient, and convenient transport solutions. It will also expand the reach of cargo deliveries and strengthen the market position of Russian exports,” said Andrey Chernyshev, First Vice President of Ruscon.
