"I propose that we expand our cooperation in the area of grain exports. Indonesia is the fourth most populous country globally, and food security is a vital concern, as highlighted here. We are ready to increase our export offerings, which can be shipped via our terminal at the Port of Novorossiysk," Shishkarev stated.
In addition to grain, Russia currently exports coal and fertilizers to Indonesia and imports palm oil and other goods. Shishkarev affirmed that, together with partners in the transport and logistics sector, Delo Group is fully prepared to meet the logistical needs of Russian exports to the Indonesian market. He also proposed a bold new initiative: to “challenge Singapore” by jointly developing Jakarta’s port infrastructure. Currently, the port handles nearly 8 million TEU annually, but Shishkarev sees potential to increase this volume to 10–20 million TEU.
Beyond logistics and trade, Shishkarev also suggested cooperation in the field of handball, offering to promote the sport and organize friendly matches between Russia and Indonesia. Delo Group is the general partner of the Russian Handball Federation and supports several professional clubs, including women's teams Chernomorochka, Kuban, and CSKA, and men's teams Zilant and CSKA.

The Russian delegation is led by First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov and includes Veronika Nikishina, Head of the Russian Export Center (REC).
