Atmosphere Fund Renovates a Tennis Court For a Sports School In Wrangel

The Atmosphere Charity Fund of Delo Group equipped an outdoor tennis court at the of the Center for Physical Education and Sports, an additional education institution in the village of Wrangel, Nakhodka Urban District.

Big tennis training has already resumed on the court. It will be available for Nakhodka children and teenagers from 6 to 18 years old.

The weather-proof surface measuring 36 by 18 metres is made of wear-resistant synthetic materials and can easily endure temperature fluctuations in the temperate monsoon climate of Primorsky Krai.

More than 600 children regularly train at the Centre. The institution implements training programmes in seven sports. The lawn tennis section is attended by 145 people. Prize-winners of federal and international youth competitions are among them. Over the school's history, local coaches have trained 6 candidates and one master of sports in tennis. < Back to list
